We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in the Best Marketing Campaign for our Origin Kickstart campaign at this year’s First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards!
Recognising that the journey to home ownership is not a one-size-fits-all experience, we launched a bespoke incentive back in September 2023, to help individuals and families achieve their property dreams. The initiative offers new buyers at our flagship development, Harrow and Wealdstone Heights, the opportunity to receive up to £2,500 towards costs of their choice, such as legal fees, rent, and broker fees.
The campaign responded directly to feedback from our customers and was designed to address some of the key concerns for many first-time buyers in the capital – high upfront costs, monthly payments, and the need for personalised support.
The Best Marketing Campaign category highlights multi-media campaigns that have helped first-time buyers at the start of their journey. We are proud to see Origin Kickstart recognised as a campaign that puts the customer at the heart of the home-buying process. Many of our buyers have been able to make use of the incentive to date, helping them to secure a modern one- or two-bedroom apartment at Harrow and Wealdstone Heights – a development bringing 81 new Shared Ownership homes to a transforming London borough. All our homes come ready for buyers to move straight into, with integrated appliances, large open-plan living spaces and finished to our usual high standard.
